CHALLENGE

We were asked to help Chaucer launch their new brand identity during the pandemic. This was to apply directly to all internal stake holders and the wider insurance audience as part of a campaign.

SOLUTION

We organised and delivered a live global webinar to present the new approach. Including a bespoke video and filming, and interviews with key staff. This was reinforced by a targeted social media campaign with supporting leadership blogs and a direct communications piece.

RESULTS

The successful and directly ‘personal’ launch of the new brand identity to a global audience with increased engagement and interaction for the business.

Our specialist team created a ‘studio’ feel at the clients’ office for the live launch. The set-up and format allowed for audience pre-registration for the event ensuring direct interaction via a secure network to hundreds of employees – including a live Q&A.

SOCIAL MEDIA

The brand launch campaign was developed around a strategy that maximised the visual impact of the new brand whilst presenting information through a wide spread of messaging. This included general launch headlines, quotes and statements from key individuals within specific business lines as well as ‘Thought Leadership’ examples and additional content via blogs.
