Let’s start the engagement section with a look back at the successes that shaped our journey in 2023. Our recently posted LinkedIn roundup covers the standout moments and looks at how we supported brands in crafting their narratives and making a transition into the rapidly expanding digital landscape.

We now look towards 2024, ready to see what new opportunities it will present and how we can further enhance and support clients. This turns our focus to the Airmic Annual Conference, set to unfold from 3–5 June 2024 at the Edinburgh International Conference Centre. Lily, Lucy, Martin, and Rob embarked on an insightful Site Visit around the venue and local area to plan and strategise. From building stands to filming and social media engagement, we are ready to elevate our clients’ presence at the conference.

Last month we celebrated the well-deserved promotions of two of our exceptional team members. Congratulations to Kirsty Plank, who has been promoted to the role of Director of Full Circle, and to Lily Johnson, who was promoted to the position of Account Director of brandformula. These promotions are a testament to their dedication and contributions to our team!

Looking ahead to the new year, our team is ready to inspire by navigating new opportunities and challenges. We recently released a blog where team members shared insights into what they were most looking forward to in 2024. From navigating global uncertainties to embracing brand evolution, our team explored the trends, challenges, and strategies that will shape our agency landscape this year.
