There are several considerations we face when designing a stand for a client at BIBA – the most prestigious event in the insurance sector calendar. Is it on brand? Will it be prominent and stand out from the competition? And most importantly, will it attract people onto the stand... does it feel like an inviting area where people want to engage and interact with each other?
Firstly, we make sure the stand design is representational of the brand and instantly recognisable. Secondly, we look for creative ways of making the stand eye-catching through interesting design and structural features and making maximum use of height. Thirdly, we design the stands to look attractive to attendees and encourage maximum footfall from every possible direction.
The results speak for themselves and can be gauged in the videos below. Admittedly it was the busiest BIBA Conference ever (9,000 delegates over the 2 days!) but even so, all our stands were particularly popular and drew in the crowds at all times with a mix of communal areas, business lounge areas and informal bar stools and tables along with a variety of engagement and interactive activities.
The stand is, quite simply, the centrepiece of the BIBA experience for clients and attendees… it is that fundamentally important. We pride ourselves on designing stands that are both practical – that translate from render to reality – and that are both on budget and look attractive.
The proof is in the pudding and busy, thriving stands with attendees looking engaged, packed meeting areas and generally lots of interactions taking place are what we strive for. The time-lapse footage below says it all!
