Exhibition stands are the focus point for our clients at conferences, but a stand alone will only achieve so much traction for a brand. We have a team with diverse specialisms who each look at ways that we can engage brands outside the four walls of a conference space.

SOLUTION

At AIRMIC, we deliver a comprehensive range of services including real-time social media campaigns, creating video medleys and providing clients with professionally taken photographs to share throughout a conference. We also handle all aspects of AIRMIC TV.

RESULTS

The comments back from clients are always a good measure of whether we delivered results for them: 'Just want to say a huge thank for everything – it was all such a success' and 'Thanks to brandformula for bringing our vision to life' are indicative of the comments we received post-conference.

DELIVERING AIRMIC TV

We are the official suppliers for AIRMIC TV. With our extensive film crew, interviewers, and post-production team we were able to film attendees and deliver videos to AIRMIC for social media in extremely fast turnaround times. It meant people unable to attend were able to keep up with news, opinions and running themes in real time throughout the conference.

MAXIMISING OPPORTUNITIES – SOCIAL MEDIA, FLOOR STICKERS AND COFFEE VANS!

Pre-event we promote people to meet the teams on their stands and make them aware of keynote speeches and breakout sessions. During the event, we look at ways of getting our clients noticed before they even get to the main exhibition hall – including branded coffee vans, hanging banners and floor stickers. We also make sure we engage clients with non-attendees with regular social media posts.

A DEDICATED CLIENT OFFERING

Whilst we always provide clients with photos of their stand at a conference, we also offer clients a dedicated service throughout an event whereby we document all their activities for them. At AIRMIC 2022 for example, we filmed extensive interviews for FM Global, documented their involvement in seminars and their senior management hosting a ‘silent disco’.
