BIBA is always a major event in the Insurance calendar and after two years absence through Lockdown it felt like an extra important event. In addition to this anticipation was the not to small challenge of designing and delivering a whopping 18 stands to expectant clients who wanted to return to BIBA with a bang.
We worked closely with clients to maximise footfall and engagement within their allotted position and space in the venue. We designed stands that were welcoming and enticing and that combined business and pleasure with breakout rooms, open spaces, interactive games, video content, refreshments and branded giveaways.
BIBA'22 was busier than could have ben imagined with queues stretching around the block on the first day! It was therefore crucial that our stands were able to accommodate such potential footfall and keep attendees engaged and entertained. Seventeen happy clients were a testament that all our creativity, hard work and planning paid off
As ever, we delivered a comprehensive range of services for BIBA for 20 clients – including stand design, build and on-site maintenance, stand engagement activities, filming and pushing out social media content.
With all the stands we deliver, we start with 3D renders that maximise effectiveness within the allotted space and position in the venue. We then oversee our large team of expert builders to deliver the stands in extremely tight timeframes. Finally, we provide on-site management of each stand throughout the event to make sure all audio-visual elements are working properly and keeping supplies of refreshments and giveaways topped up.
