After no AIRMIC in 2020, there was great anticipation for the event in Brighton in August 2021. After a year and a half of lockdown, there was a mixture of excitement and nervousness about the event – would we be able to deliver stands and offer engagement activity that made people feel both comfortable and enthused?
We designed, built and on-site managed 12 stands that combined structurally-interesting dynamics with video content. That meant attendees could absorb information easily from close-up and far away. We also filmed the event for AIRMIC TV, conducting interviews with key figures and on‑the‑day editing and publishing.
The event as a whole was a great success, and there was a collective sense of relief and excitement about being back! Our stands all attracted good crowds. In particular, our stand for Allianz won the ‘Best Stand’ award - another happy client!
