MAKING A WORLD OF DIFFERENCE WITH CONSECUTIVE AWARD-WINNING STANDS AT RISKWORLD

CHALLENGE

Standing out at such a large event, attended by thousands in such a crowded space is hugely challenging. Allianz asked us to help them increase upon the success of past events, and encapsulate what they are as a business, as well as the value and support they could provide to companies across the US and beyond.

SOLUTION

Using an understanding of how people navigate the environment, as well as the combination of different ‘senses’, we created an impactful, thought provoking structure – building upon key elements that we had used previously in Boston and San Francisco, to mitigate the environmental impact. We complemented the structure with the use of large scale brand points and combined these with multiple AV platforms and hospitality areas.

RESULTS

As well as serving over 2,500 individual coffees and a range of locally crafted beers, the booth catered for a variety of one-to-one meetings where Allianz could engage with customers, brokers and other key stakeholders. In addition to a record number of meetings, engagements and of course coffee, we were delighted that Allianz won Best Booth in Show for the second year running! So, watch this space for San Diego in 2024!

RIMS 2023, ATLANTA

We complemented the structure with the use of large scale brand points and combined these with multiple AV platforms – sharing both broadcast and self-serve content. A variety of hospitality areas supported the a broader ‘Ready Campaign’, highlighting ‘Ready to Talk’. Throughout, hospitality was provided with a dedicated barista service – where 3 trained and qualified baristas provided a range of individually prepared coffee and other drinks.

TWO YEARS RUNNING!

In addition to record numbers of meetings, engagements and of course coffee on the stand, we are proud that Allianz won Best Booth in Show two years running.

A STRONG PRESENCE AT RIMS

As well as supporting Allianz, we also wanted to share some pictures of the booth design for Brokerslink. Again the key elements were repeated and used again from San Francisco – mitigating the impact on the environment, and building out brand consistency for this key audience.
