Going into the office is, for most people, something that is entirely routine, predictable and, even, dispiriting. It’s not just enough to impress clients in receptions and boardrooms... engaging and inspiring employees is essential for any brand. In a broader sense, a brand should project its values, mission and vision from the inside out – and the office is the core of any business...

SOLUTION

Over the years, we have undertaken several major office manifestation projects ranging from temporary, themed instalments up to major branding of entire floors in some of the most prestigious new buildings in the City. Underpinning all the installations was the aim of being visually engaging whilst also projecting the brand’s values.

RESULTS

Great verbal feedback from clients is one thing, but the best gauge of how successful manifestations have been is that once we have delivered them, clients almost invariably come back to us to give them even more ideas – from temporary, seasonal graphics up to installations across other offices around the globe.

SETTING TONGUES WAGGING IN THE ‘WALKIE-TALKIE’

When two of our clients moved into the ‘Walkie Talkie’ building almost simultaneously, we agreed with them it was the perfect opportunity to really embrace their new prestigious surroundings with office graphics to match. We took two different approaches, one themed around ‘globality’ and the other projecting a new brand identity (which we had also created).

Combining a brand refresh with a move into the ‘scalpel’

WRB Underwriting made the sensible decision to refresh their brand identity to coincide with their move into the stylish and iconic ‘Scalpel’ building. We delivered not only the brand refresh and the office manifestations but also the launch party!

BEING PREPARED FOR THE OFFICE RETURN – SOCIAL DISTANCING GRAPHICS

We live in unprecedented and challenging times and the workplace is likely to be a very different place in the immediate future with regards to social distancing. Clear, informative and engaging graphics will very likely be a legal requirement in the coming months and we can design graphics that reflect your brand and tone-of-voice.

Having just delivered a brand refresh that was very well received by HDI Gerling, they tasked us with reflecting the new look and feel into their head office – we duly delivered a comprehensive graphic overhaul of their premises.

CHAMPIONING EMPLOYEES –
WELLBEING WEEK

We don’t always just project brand values in offices. We create graphics for specific seasonal events and employee-facing campaigns. One example of this was the Wellbeing Week graphics we have delivered for Allianz, where staff were engaged with, educated and challenged to improve their everyday mental and physical health from the second they entered the office, through corridors, lifts, and in cafés.

FLEXIBILITY AND INDIVIDUALITY – BRANDING INDIVIDUAL ROOMS

We have a very successful relationship with Legal & General for delivering them specific engagement pieces which includes office manifestations. What started as a fairly simple brief – to freshen up a meeting room in their Hove office – became a much more visual room and was so well received we have since been tasked with branding office rooms and spaces in other L&G offices around the country.

Whilst we have a proven track record in office manifestations, one thing clients rarely have is the opportunity to engage their brand on a street level. AIG has unique premises in this respect, and we delivered both interior manifestations and exterior graphics printed on weather proof materials that appear opaque form the outside but are semi-transparent from the inside.
