The FERMA Forum is held every two years in a different European location. Exhibitors include a mix of insurers, affiliates, and specialist service suppliers. Our task was to deliver clear and distinct campaigns for each of our 16 clients and provide a platform for them to engage.
In order to deliver distinct exhibition stands, we had to identify the individual characteristics, messages, and personalities of the different brands. From there, our teams were able to develop designs and campaign plans in collaboration with each client that would help them achieve their objectives.
Using all the resources of our Agency, we successfully delivered a multitude of services from design and stand build to client parties, on-stand engagements, video and an onsite film crew, content and social media campaigns, and wider corporate communications support.
Every two years the European risk management community comes together to meet and discuss the issues of the day – bringing experts, professionals and practitioners together in one place. The Forum in 2017 was held in Monaco.
Content marketing and social media has become an essential method of extending and continuing the conversation in the build up, during and after the forum. We worked with our clients to develop long form content and social media posts that would communicate key messages, engage target audiences and help them maximise their exposure.
We have worked with FERMA since 2015 to produce their official TV channel during the live Forum events. This involves a mix of roaming camera work with a packed schedule of more formal interviews on our custom built set. The videos are edited and published as the conference is happening to provide insight and extend the reach of the conversations from key leaders and influencers.
