Reconnecting colleagues from around the world for the first time in two years

CHALLENGE

The RSA Global Network Conference is one of the largest of its kind, with partners in more than 170 countries and was coming together for the first time since 2019. They wanted an event that was branded and delivered that would be justifiably the 'pinnacle on the calendar for our partners.' They needed an agency who could create the branding, deliver a state-of-the-art stage, handle all the AV across the two days and do all the filming!

SOLUTION

The branding and theme we created – 'Let's Reconnect' – hit their brief as it was global, on-brand yet distinctive in its own right. The first item we gave RSA was an introductory, scene-setting video which was very well-received and set the tone for all the following creative. We then planned, designed and delivered a comprehensive range of deliverables – content, stage design and build, presentations, filming, and event engagement.

RESULTS

The two-day event at the Brighton Grand had to appeal and cater for over 150 guests from North America, Europe, Africa, the Middle East and the Far East. The result far exceeded the client's expectations, so much so that they gave a shout-out to brandformula in their wrap-up speech at the end of the second day. A number of attendees agreed that we had set the benchmark for future RSA corporate events!

A GENUINELY GLOBAL GATHERING

Over 150 clients came from North America, Europe, Africa, the Middle East and the Far East and it was universally accepted to be a great event for all – so much so, there was a genuinely ‘feel good’ atmosphere which we captured in a group photo at the end of Day 2.

A prestigious stage design fit for a global event

The centrepiece of the two-day conference was of course, the stage. We designed it applying the conference branding we created and built it to a very tight deadline the night before the conference. We organised all the screen content and were integral in ensuring all the speakers were comfortable with the microphones and how to operate the multiple presentations.

FILMING THE EVENT

Our film crew documented the whole event and created several films for the client to share with the whole global network and especially those who could not attend.

BRANDING & ENGAGEMENT THROUGHOUT THE BRIGHTON GRAND

We ensured that the event branding was applied across all touchpoints throughout the Brighton Grand – not just the main auditorium. Additionally, we assisted with various engagement activities to make sure the event was not just about business!

Comprehensive presentation templates

We created an event-branded PPT template which was the basis for over 16 presentations across the two days.We also came up with multiple screens including announcing keynote speakers and break-out sessions.
