IMPRA 2017: the round-up

Events and Exhibitions

June 23, 2017

A couple of weeks ago we saw the results of everyone’s hard work with the 3rd Insurance Marketing & PR Awards (IMPRA 2017) taking place at etc. Bishopsgate. As is always the case with Incisive events, the logistics and organisation were excellent.

The conference in the morning saw four discussion groups take place, one of them being “Content is King”, led by our Innovation and Development Director Craig Freeman. With an engaged audience, it was clear to see the similar challenges faced within the industry and the shared drive for innovation. We also noticed a more joined-up way of thinking across a siloed team comprised of Marketing, Business Development, Customer Relationship Management, HR, PR and Internal Communications department members.

The IMPRA ceremony followed with a well-attended lunch complemented by fantastic food and, as per last year, the award entry standards showed the importance of winning an IMPRA. Jonathan Swift successfully kept the flow going between the 14 categories and did a great job at presenting the awards, including the B2B Marketing Campaign of the Year Award sponsored by us and won by Broker Network for the Murphy “Health Check” Campaign.

We were proud to be the Headline Sponsor for the 2017 edition of IMPRA and thank Incisive for their support. Congratulations to all those who were shortlisted and to the winners. We hope that this year contributes to further developing this great event that celebrates the talents and creativity of all the strategists, designers, and communicators who tirelessly work throughout the year on behalf of their business and clients.
