From Maastricht & beyond: FERMA 2013

Events and Exhibitions

October 3, 2013

The team are returning from their epic adventure to Maastricht for the FERMA Forum, with tales of high adventure, excessive food and the odd glass of local beer.
Having all set out via our combination of planes, trains and automobiles – well HGV’s, on Friday and Saturday of last week, the action began with the creation of a range of exhibition stands, from the small to the large, plus a dedicated business lounge and separate meeting rooms. With the very minimum of fuss, the stands were completed ahead of schedule, and the final touches applied along with the launching of a range of AV, Internet applications and bespoke on-stand digital engagement.

Something new for this year was FERMA TV – a dedicated rolling news service aimed at creating a range of film content that would then be published via social media – maximising the coverage for the target audience and broaden engagement enabling all to keep in touch with the comments and thoughts at the Forum. With the efforts of Mark and Rob to steady the nerves and keep the news flowing, insight and feedback from the key influencers and decision makers was made available.

As well as the exhibitions, business lounges and meeting rooms, we also organised a huge client party for over 250 and also introduced outdoor projections to the Forum for the first time.

And finally, just before the FERMA Party, we were able to celebrate winner Best Stand for our work with Marsh. That, together with the day being the anniversary of the launch of the business was a great reason to raise a glass to celebrate.

Examples of our adventures can be seen on our website soon, so we hope you enjoy the memories.
