Airmic 2016- Planning is underway…

The team has just returned from Harrogate, having spent 2 days exploring the sights and sounds of the ‘Happiest Place to Live’ – according to Rightmove!

We are sure that their time was well spent – understanding the challenges of the venue for the Conference – the Harrogate International Centre, and the options available to clients planning to host a range of hospitality, from a quiet get-together to things on a much larger and grander scale!

One logistical consideration has been planning for clients’ travel arrangements: Leeds or York? Drive or fly? So many options this year…but all of them with something to think about…

We think that the venue itself will be a really interesting space – very unlike Airmic in Liverpool – and the floor-plan presents some real opportunities to communicate before and during the Conference to attract the very most attention from Delegates.

We anticipate a real push this year with pre-Conference communication, including social media, to raise awareness of not only exhibitor attendance, but also location, as well as key business and marketing messages. Many clients are already working on their communication/content plans, so don’t be caught out!

All that said, they did seem to have enjoyed their trip, so maybe Rightmove might be right…
