The countdown is on! There’s just 1 week left until the British Insurance Awards 2016, the most hotly-contested awards ceremony in the UK insurance industry. Celebrated at the prestigious Royal Albert Hall in London, the annual event has rapidly developed a reputation for being a spectacular occasion with a judging panel containing some of the most respected insurance industry figures. It’s an evening not to be missed as the insurance community come together once again to commend the many achievements that continue to be made in the industry.
So what part have brandformula & Lamb played in the British Insurance Awards 2016?
Well, we are not only sponsoring the ‘The Brand Management Award’ this year, but we have once again taken on the task of branding the event. For the sixth consecutive year, we have relished the challenge of creating something genuinely distinctive and different based around a specific theme. Our Creative Director, Nick Patchitt, explores the idea behind this year’s theme:
“This year we have designed a brief to make the evening feel like a music festival, not just an awards event. Taking a leaf out of the legion of festival posters, we’ve pitched our tent in the festival campsite, broken out the cider, got our festive gear on and created ‘BIA Fest’ with a series of typographic ads, entry packs and a website that really conveys a festival vibe, all tied up with the tagline ‘Will you be headlining?’”
