2024 marked Tokio Marine HCC’s 50th Anniversary – a milestone that deserved to be celebrated across the globe with employees, clients, brokers, and partners. The focus was on creating a year-long, digital-first campaign that brought the story of TMHCC to life online, engaging audiences through rich content, authentic storytelling, and targeted social distribution. Working alongside TMHCC, we developed a suite of creative and engaging content including then-and-now carousels, employee spotlights, CEO video messages, blogs, polls, and milestone throwbacks. These assets gave audiences multiple touchpoints to engage with the brand while amplifying the company’s heritage and people-centric culture. We ensured consistent, engaging messaging and maximised reach through both organic and paid LinkedIn campaigns – driving measurable results across impressions, engagement, and follower growth.
