Project Summary
Continuing the development of the HDI Specialty brand and market position, we were briefed to develop a long-term strategy, to manage and communicate to both an internal and external audience the business' dynamic and collaborative approach to specialty insurance. We established a number of core areas and key brand themes to deliver via a clear marketing activity programme, including a series of brand level films and interviews, product factsheets, internal delivery of the Company Values and Leadership DNA, and wide-ranging social media.
