Project Summary
AIRMIC really is an agency-wide effort, months in the making culminating in an extremely tight window to bring to life. Multiple stands need to be built in an extremely tight window of just over 24 hours involving a team of over 50. During the event itself our on-site team make sure all stands are well maintained, engagement activity and AV are working perfectly. In addition, our film crew deliver AIRMIC TV during the event and create multiple film medleys for a number of clients. Our digital team deliver social media campaigns before, during and after the event. We also offer dedicated photography for clients including taking team shots and documenting keynote speakers at seminars throughout the event.
