CHALLENGE

Continuing the development of the HDI Specialty brand and market position, we were briefed to develop a long-term strategy to manage and communicate to both an internal and external audience the businesses dynamic and collaborative approach to specialty insurance.

SOLUTION

Working closely with HDIS, we established a number of core areas and key brand themes to deliver via a clear marketing activity programme. These were organised into a set of deliverables to ensure clarity of message, maximum coverage, best possible engagement and raise brand awareness.

RESULTS

A series of brand level films and interviews, product factsheets, internal delivery of the Company Values and Leadership DNA, and wide ranging social media – all providing real insight from the industry experts.

In-line with the new brand visualisation, we ensured the ongoing management and updating of the website, including imagery, individual business line documentation and brochureware – through to strategy documents and marketing plans.

SOCIAL MEDIA

Working closely with the client in-house marketing teams, we developed monthly strategies and overview plans to deliver both evergreen and specific and engaging campaign content, while ensuring brand consistency.
