The brief
To produce a conference for 700 staff from around the UK. The objective was to communicate the company's huge growth plan within a shifting corporate focus and, to motivate employees to buy into these ambitions.

The solution
A highly participative day that focused on 2 way communication. This meant staff identified with and took ownership of the growth plan while management got feedback and ideas as to how the new goals were to be reached.

We chose Coventry Football Club for the conference because of its central location and because it accommodates large numbers of people in cabaret style seating, a set-up that encourages interaction. A state-of-the art, 36' interactive screen with live camera relay was designed.

We opened the day with an emotive corporate video that set the scene and got everyone in a positive frame of mind. A specialist facilitator compèred the day and was ready to handle any sensitive debates.

Live panel sessions took place, interactive technology recorded delegates' suggestions to the various challenges of achieving the new goals, and voting systems recorded the most popular suggestions. Energiser sessions and wellbeing stalls kept staff invigorated and refreshed throughout the day.

The result
High motivation. Lots of great ideas. And everyone came away with a clear and agreed plan on how they were going to move the company forward.
