Challenge

Representative industry bodies are often quite lacklustre affairs in terms of their branding and websites. BIBA, as a hugely influential body representing the interests of insurance brokers, intermediaries and their customers was very conscious of this. They also had the challenge of making Insurance seem engaging. Furthermore, BIBA had a huge amount of content on their site.

Solution

We approached the website as if we were designing a magazine – we wanted it to look like something you actually wanted to ‘pick up’, dip into and read some articles. This more editorial approach was achieved with live action on the homepage, simple navigation, and a drive towards engaging storytelling.

Result

BIBA now have a website that provides a platform to show how hard they are working for members, while also offering an educational hub for their wide ranging audience.
