Challenge

Back in 2013, we were asked to help FundsNetwork, an investment services platform for advisers, to establish, launch and implement their social media strategy. Since then, we have been asked to do the same for additional intermediated and consumer-focused business areas within Fidelity International.

Solution

We have focused on building close working relationships with the various teams while establishing clear processes to manage the high levels of activity, maintain consistency across the different channels, and ensure all output is compliant due to the highly-regulated nature of the industry.

Results

The fact that our remit keeps widening is testament to the service levels and trust that we have built across the organisation. We consistently achieve the targets that we are set around growth and engagement and have delivered a number of additional value-adding campaigns.

DON’T JUST LAUNCH AN APP – BUILD A USER BASE FOR IT

We helped Fidelity to build awareness and engagement when they launched a new app. By creating a two part animation and running a coordinated series of organic social media posts and promoted social media adverts we were able to demonstrate the value a user could gain from the insight and expertise that could be accessed through the app.
